Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation 

• Between 24-48 hours: Free cancelation

• Less than 24 hours before: Free cancelation

2. No-Show Policy

If you cannot pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time, please let us know.

3. Modification Policy

Customers wishing to change their reservation date must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Date changes are subject to vehicle availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for early drop off will be processed using the original payment method. The refund process may take 5 business days to complete.

5. Special Circumstances

If you need to cancel your reservation due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations or medical emergencies), you may contact our customer service for a special evaluation.
