Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation and full refund.

• Between 24-48 hours: 50% deduction will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Less than 24 hours before: No refund will be provided.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time and do not notify us in advance, no refund will be issued.

3. Modification Policy

Customers wishing to change their reservation date must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Date changes are subject to vehicle availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for canceled reservations will be processed using the original payment method. The refund process may take 5-10 business days to complete.

5. Special Circumstances

If you need to cancel your reservation due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations or medical emergencies), you may contact our customer service for a special evaluation.
